OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

2026 PACT Spring Contest

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored and administered by Pawsio (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to active PACT members who submit at least one qualifying week between January 1, 2026 and the contest closing date. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins immediately and includes all qualifying weeks submitted on or after January 1, 2026. The contest closes at 11:59 PM Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT) on March 29, 2026. All qualifying weeks must be submitted by this deadline to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Each PACT member will receive one (1) entry per qualifying week, per dog, per level enrolled in PACT between January 1, 2026 and March 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM ADT.

  • Example: A member with two dogs, each completing a qualifying week at two different levels (e.g., Bronze and Silver), would receive four entries (2 dogs × 2 levels).

Members may earn additional entries through the referral program:

  • If a referred participant joins PACT and submits at least one qualifying week before the deadline:

    • The referring member receives one (1) additional entry.

    • The referred member receives one (1) additional entry.

There is no limit to the number of entries that may be earned through multiple dogs, levels, qualifying weeks, or successful referrals.

Each dog and level must be separately enrolled in PACT to qualify for individual entries.

5. Prizes

Primary Prize

  • One (1) Blue-9 INSPIRE Training Treat Pouch

  • Approximate retail value: $22.50 CAD + HST

  • Shipping included if required

Secondary Prize

  • One (1) free 20-minute swim session

  • Approximate retail value: $26.08 CAD + HST

  • Must be redeemed by May 30, 2026

  • No cash value or substitution

  • Prize voucher may be transferred to another individual if the winner is unable to use it

The Sponsor acknowledges that some participants may reside outside the local area and may be unable to redeem the swim prize. No alternate or cash equivalent will be provided.

6. Draw Details

  • The random draws will take place on or about March 30, 2026 via Facebook Live.

  • Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

  • Winners will be contacted via email within 48 hours of the draw.

  • If a selected winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

  • Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise outside its control.

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final.
